1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OrionEarn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

The Service is a reward platform offering Orbs through faucet claims, paid-to-click (PTC) ads, offerwalls, shortlinks, daily bonuses and a referral program. Orbs are virtual in-platform credits; their value is determined solely by us and may be changed at any time. Withdrawals are processed through external third-party payment providers.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• Accounts are created with a valid email address registered with our payout provider. One account per person and per IP address.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email account — anyone with access to it can sign in to your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts, use VPNs/proxies to bypass restrictions, or otherwise manipulate identity;
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools or macro programs to claim rewards or view ads;
• Cheat captchas, ad-viewing timers or any anti-fraud mechanism;
• Abuse, spam or defraud the referral program (including self-referrals);
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, exploit bugs, or access systems you are not authorised to access;
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.

5. Rewards & withdrawals

• Reward rates, faucet cooldowns, minimum withdrawal amounts and limits are published on the relevant pages and may be adjusted at any time.
• Withdrawals require a valid captcha, a PTC PIN where applicable, and are subject to anti-fraud review.
• Large withdrawals may require manual approval before payment.
• If a withdrawal is rejected due to suspected fraud, the amount may be forfeited at our discretion.
• Rewards earned through prohibited conduct may be reversed and the account terminated without notice.

6. Advertising & third-party content

The Service displays advertisements and links to third-party websites (including offerwalls, shortlink providers and ad networks). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. You interact with them at your own risk. Advertisers and their networks may impose their own terms and country restrictions.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that rewards will be generated at any particular rate. The Service is not an investment, gambling or financial services platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, Orbs, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination for breach of these terms, any unredeemed balance may be forfeited. You may stop using the Service at any time; we do not provide refunds for Orbs.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
